I liked the staff!!

Staff were very friendly and worked hard to meet our family’s needs during our stay. The rooms were clean and lots of places to plug in devices! Small room but well organized. The best part was the bed. Best hotel sleep I’ve had in a while.

No complaints about the property. However, guests are directed to enter the property via Riverside Lane, which is currently a construction site. I heard some "clanging" noise as we drove along the lane and thought nothing more of it. We had a flat tire the morning, thanks to a construction nail, later discovered by the attendant at the tire repair shop.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with one exception. It was indicated that check-in could be at 3pm. We arrived at 3pm and were informed that a room was not available yet. A room was not made available until 4pm. In the big picture, not a huge deal, given everything else was superb; nonetheless, we would have appreciated being able to check in at the time indicated in the reservation document.

Great location. Near to everything. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again for sure!

(Please note that your site is flawed. I was unable to continue the sections "What do you like about this hotel" "Tell us about the location". So I'll write it here.) Lovely experience. Charming hotel of a bygone era, updated with modern fixtures. Comfortable room and bed. Reception area and corridors are filled with interesting antiques. Great choice of DVDs for you to play in your room. We loved our breakfast in the Edie Rae Cafe, which has a great 1950s ambiance to go with its good food and...

My husband and I spent the weekend there and had a fantastic time! 2 person jetted tub, super comfy bed, BBQ on front deck, they have pet friendly cabins. Ours was so clean. Salmon Point Pub 2 minutes down road has awesome good. Good times!

Private beach access

Clean, cheap hotel, old but suitable for a quick stay. Old furniture but functional. Safe and adequate.

The suite is a beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped apartment. The jetted tub and outstanding toiletries provided were a welcome surprise.

The room and bathroom were modern, exceptionally clean and enjoyable spaces. The room was smaller than some king size rooms we have stayed at but very efficiently laid out and we thoroughly enjoyed the large screen TV, coffee and tea, mini fridge and little sitting area , the location was great with shops and restaurants to walk to. We would love to stay again.

Room 210 - highly recommend it.The large covered deck which was a perfectly relaxing location after a beautiful trip up the coastline for enjoying the sunset and all the boating activities around the docks. The room was nicely decorated and super clean. The pub/restaurant for dinner was top notch as well. We didn't participate in the continental breakfast, rather opting for a cinnamon bun at Nancy's before we headed for home.

The restaurant on 1st level was fab. Staff were amazing. Had great chats. Ate well. Good paring choices. Chef even came out and sang a little with me. Haha. Was here a decade ago and found Powell river to be a surprising little gem!!

It was a nice clean room and everyone there was kind and helpful.

Nice enough place, a little old, but then again, so am I !

loved it and the owners were amazing very cozy and comfy motel loved the services.

This heritage hotel is wonderful with historical photos on the walls, original decor and modelling. Stayed on Halloween hoping for a spooky experience, had only a great sleep and hot bath in the morning. Will be travelling to and enjoying again!!!
