"This was the perfect stay for a quick overnight trip! The room felt very elevated and well designed - although the bathroom/shower door didnt want to stay shut - and i loved that my room faced a courtyard. It was very peaceful considering the location! staff was great and the little cafe/food pantry in the lobby was super convenient and well stocked. Would stay again!"

"Property overall was good. Location was the best part. Staff was helpful and hotel was nice, just needs some updating. While clean, there was a lot of things like the peeling headboard, and crack trim in the shower that really could be fixed and would go a long way. "

"The location of the hotel was perfect for my daughter and I as we wanted to shop in Soho and hit restaurants in the West and Greenwich Village areas. The staff was very nice at the hotel. Our room was very clean. We shared a room with two twin beds pushed together. The room was nicer than it looked online and bigger than we expected. There is a 10% discount given at a local parking garage. My only complaint was that the price of this room was extremely high. There was a complimentary breakfast served but we could not partake since my daughter has severe allergies"

"Everything was great overall, but my experience with the manager was disappointing. When I arrived, I was initially given a standard room instead of the upgraded one I had booked, and I was told it only appeared different because of advertising. After raising my concerns, I was informed that the correct room would not be ready until the following day. I clearly explained multiple times that I had medications stored in the refrigerator and asked to be notified when the new room was ready so I could move them myself. Instead, I was told to leave everything and that staff would handle the transfer. However, when I arrived at the new room, there was no refrigerator and my medication bag was missing. I contacted the front desk and went down to the lobby, where the manager was present. Unfortunately, he treated the situation as if it were not a big deal and did not offer an apology. His attitude came across as cold and dismissive, honestly he seemed almost constipated in how unwilling he was to acknowledge the issue. Aside from this experience, the rest of the hotel staff were excellent and provided great service."
