"This home is different from a typical VRBO as it is actually part of a hotel. They do not list that guest from the hotel may be sitting at the chairs in front of your house at any given time of the day. Upon arrival, we were given a brief tour of the home. There were no towels in the bathroom Instead, a stack of bath only towels in the living room. There were no bath mats, washcloths or hand towels. The home was advertised to have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and all the bathrooms. There...

"A few things aren't going to be perfect in a community in the middle of the jungle. With that expectation this was more than what we thought it would be. Close to beach and not far from downtown Tulum. Very nice place."

"Great property and price. I loved the fact that they had a family pool and adults-only pool. My daughter was about to have as much fun as she wanted, and the adult side seemed really nice! Small detail, but I stayed for 7 days and they didn't automatically refill the coffee station every day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at the Hotel Milam me and my wife had a wonderful experience at the hotel Milam in Mexico. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean-housekeeping came every to tidy the room and make the bed. we'd come back to a fresh, comfortable space, and later someone would even stop by to ask if we wanted the bed adjusted for extra comfort. it's peaceful, quiet spot - perfect for a romantic gateway or just relaxing in calm environment with no noise or crowds. we highly recommend it if you looking to unwind. Just a couple of tips: bring mosquito spay if you plan to sit outside, and be aware that the road leading to the hotel isn't in the best condition. But once you're there, everything else is excellent! "

The architecture is breathtaking, seamlessly blending with the jungle and ocean, offering some of the most stunning views I’ve ever experienced. Every corner invites peace and reflection. The restaurant experience was unforgettable — each dish was crafted like art, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. Dining surrounded by nature with the sounds of the sea made every meal magical. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful of the peaceful, healing energy of the space. You truly feel cared for in every interaction. One of the things I appreciated most was the quietness and sense of calm — no TVs, no loud distractions — just nature, stillness, and intentional design that encourages you to slow down and reconnect. "If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our group came to celebrate a friend’s birthday and love the boutique, secluded feel of the hotel while also having direct access to food/nightlife. Everything we did was ~15 mins away. The on-site pool, bike rentals, restaurant, etc. were also really nice. Advice for future guests… - Bring your bug spray. The mosquitoes were pretty bad while we were there. To be fair, it had also rained our first day. - After booking, ask the hotel about shuttle service. They connected us with a family owned shuttle service who were initially only supposed to take us to and from the airport to the hotel, but they were so amazing that we ended up using their services for our entire trip. They’re a 24 hour company. 5 star experience with them. "
