« My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here! »

« Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti.
