It’s was a good value and close to Allstate arena. You can just take the bus to the arena. Located in a nice area. There are a few restaurants a brief walk away like 2 minutes.

It was very clean! Staff was helpful on multiple occasions! There were real eggs for breakfast too! No frills, but very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I was worried because of past reviews showing roaches, bedbugs and how dirty the rooms were, however the place is much cleaner now. They could do a little better job of cleaning underneith everything since there were hairs left from people who stayed there before, but overall much better than the past pictures suggested. I can't speak to the queen sizes rooms, but we were very happy with our king Jacuzzi room. Hopefully we get our security deposit back since we left the room how we got it, time will tell on that. Breakfast was basic but good, especially taking into account that it was free. Parking was pretty secluded around the back and sides of the building and did not feel particularly unsafe at any point. I wouldn't expect them to help if you got anything stolen from your vehicle though; didn't really see cameras anywhere.

Room was very spacious it was clean only thing that I recommend is maybe a sofa in the room as well it was a lot of space and would have been nice to be able to just sit on a couch instead of a chair that didn't recline but other than that it was a really really nice room. I would stay there again

My husband and I stayed one night here so we could attend a concert at the Allstate Arena. The women’s restroom on the first floor of the lobby area was out of order and the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work at all so we couldn’t get ice for our room. We would stay again if we had too.

Room was clean and spacious. When we arrived the heat was not on, so it was a bit chilly. The shower was nice and hot, bed comfortable. However, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything.
