"I visited in November 2026\. This propery is so wonderful!! From the customer service to the check in/out convenience to the accommodations they are willing to do to make us feel at home, it is exceptional! I loved my stay here. We were on the 6th floor and the view of Reykjavik was amazing but what was most amazing was the viw oof the northern lights almost every night. I highly recommend this propery. "

"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. "Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "
