Great hotel. Excellent staff, specially Alba who was extremely helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good, the best are the breads which are very tasty. The only thing I wish I was made aware of is the use of the spa for a very reasonable price. I saw the sign on my check out.
Friendly environment.... the room and bathroom is big. Breakfast is adequate....the hotel is near the bus terminal and lots of restaurants around the corner... will use Midgardur Center Hotels when I come back in the future...... highly recommended
It’s very modern, clean and good location. A 20 min walk from the bus station and into centre Reykjavik. There’s lots of shops and nice places to eat around the hotel and as it isn’t central, it wasn’t too busy. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. Lots of British TV channel choices. Spa was a nice feature but it would be nice if that was included in the price. You don’t have much time to use it with all the yours. Breakfast had a very good variety. Only wish they had comfier pillows!
Hotel was wonderful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the reception staff named Sylvia found a candle for my birthday cake. It made our day. This kindness will be really appreciated. Overall all the staff are awesome. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good too.
Our room was spacious and clean and we received a personal note there upon arrival. Our missing baggage was brought directly to our room the day after arrival.
Cannot fault this hotel. Friendly staff. Perfectly situated in town with bus stop 13 right in front for pick up for tours. Spa facilities were great. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts.
Really nice hotel within walking distance to most things in Reykjavík. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Bus stop is open for most your pickups.
