"New apartment building with high tech entry keypad. Centralize location close to downtown and Chinatown. The area has a few other new apartment buildings and appears to be transforming into a trendy neighborhood in a few years. I enjoyed the apartment layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It provided a lot of privacy. New appliances and great water pressure. Minor drawback is street parking. "This is exactly what we were looking for. Location is good near beautiful side streets and walking distance from shops and good restaurants. Very responsive host. Nice decorative touches and clean, efficient cooking area. Clean apartment which could use updating but if you want updates you’ll just have to pay more.
