"We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It had a full-size kitchen, which was very helpful for our family of seven. We did not feel crowded at all. We were able to make breakfast every morning and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes we needed.There are extra pillows and blankets as needed. The pools were wonderful and it was just so nice walking through the past from the butterfly house to the lazy river. The indoor pool was wonderful with the slides, we even had an open balcony. "First floor room with ramp to the parking lot made it easy to transfer luggage, plenty of space in the room with a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the water. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and parking were included. Everyone found something to eat, including a waffle with a bear image. Pool was well maintained. On a quiet street 3.3 miles from Dollywood. Pet friendly, but we didn't bring our dogs. What a gem! "

"I gave this hotel a five star rating because the price for what they provide is exceptional. The kid, pool area and hot tub were an added bonus. Breakfast had numerous options which I found to be liberal for the price that was paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone passing through. We selected this hotel since we were driving through the area and wanted to break up our drive."
