"The house was perfect for our weekend visiting our son at UNC! It was close enough that we could walk 25 minutes to meet him on campus. The street the house is on does not have a sidewalk so use caution when walking; however, during the day we had no problem walking in the grass area by the road until we got to the sidewalk streets. It’s a short 5 minute drive to anything around Carrboro/ Franklin St. area. We enjoyed being able to have space and even do some laundry for my son while visiting....

"The house was clean, organized and comfortable, with everything we needed for our family of four. We came for an event at Wake Med Soccer Park and the property was conveniently located for our purposes. Neighborhood is pretty and quiet. We were able to easily visit with friends in the area, too. We hope to stay here again! "
