Cardinal sin of a hotel to not deliver a scheduled wake up call for a weary traveler. Second, front desk staff looking a their phones during the day with guests in the lobby. Short staffed leaving the front desk unattended and leaving a sign "back in 15 minutes". At 7 in the morning picking up a person at the airport but nobody to cover to check out.

We were told that there was a shuttle that runs until midnight by the girl at the front desk. We went to Thrifty to drop our car off and called and the guy said he was sorry he was the only one there and that they could not get us, to call Uber or Lyft. After I asked to speak to manager he was rude and said he would be there in 15 or 20 minutes. I called Uber but then had to cancel Uber because he showed up to get us. So much for Southern Hospitality. They were very rude and not helpful. We were only there from 9pm-6am. Would not recommend if you’re looking for anything other than a place to lay your head.
