"Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!"

"The property is gorgeous with a pond stocked with fish. Our boys enjoyed catching and releasing small bass and sunnies. The home is immaculate, beautiful, and stocked with every imaginable thing you would need to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free. The rooms are spacious and allowed our group of 10 to spread out and do whatever we wanted to do. I highly recommend a stay at this property. You'll really enjoy it's many "perks"."

"The host Moyra was very responsive and attentive. My family loves the house and the overall aesthetic. We were able to gather. The kitchen was very well stocked so we were able to cook meals with ease, she thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable and the home felt very cozy. It was also kid friendly so it wasn't stressful have a 1 year old there, there was even a highchair for us to use which was a welcomed surprise. Would definitely recommend this listing for families."

"We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! Coffee bars were awesome and decor was amazing - loved added touches like string lights hung around fence and patio which gave a beautiful ambience for a happy hour wine time. "We were in town for the Savannah Bananas baseball game. Very satisfied with our stay at this property, very clean and cozy, located in a nice quiet neighborhood and very convenient to near by attractions!"

"The house is a very nice house with an open, modern design. It is spacious enough to accommodate large groups of people (we had 6 adults and 2 babies there during the day with no issues). The driveway into the garage is at a weird angle and may be difficult for some especially if trying to back in. Brad the property manager was very attentive and responded very quickly even on the holiday to our inquiries. When modifications to the rental needed to be made, he adjusted it without issue. "The unit is very cute and well equipped. It’s conveniently located not far from Duke and Durham’s downtown area. We enjoyed delicious bagels at Isaac’s and had a great meal at Grub Durham - both just a few blocks from the unit. Overall the area is quiet with the only real exception we experienced being one night a neighbor had a loud party until 2:00 a.m."

"We came in for three nights from New York to see our new granddaughter. The property is a sweet three bedroom that is located near absolutely everything. We didn’t spend any time pouring over maps as we were at the heart of everything. It was super nice and so convenient. We loved it."

Some lighting outside didn’t work and the place could have been a bit cleaner (little more attention to detail) but overall nice stay! Recommend TV in at least one bedroom."
