« The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in. »

« Jason and Michelle are excellent host and respond quickly for what ever is needed. Other owners in the park were friendly and shared a lot of information with our group. The site was located over the water and was quiet and peaceful. Overall we were well pleased with our stay and would recommend to others. »

« We loved the serenity of this property! It was we got an opportunity to see the horses and was so quiet! The trailer had everything two horse moving adults can love!! The owners are amazing ! The horses ( 5 of them ) are well taken care of! We had an opportunity to see the horses brought in for the night and let out for the am❤️ »

« The kids and I stayed here 2 nights. It was great! We enjoyed the view of a thunderstorm with lightning rolling in the first night, without any water disrupting us in the tent. It was a relaxing sleep that a sound machine cannot duplicate. The beautiful purple and red sunset was positioned perfectly the second night and only affected by the clouds, truly a part of the smoky mountain experience and beyond anyone's control. We could see the Big Dipper clearly and there was no light pollution...

« Our only complaint was that there were no trout in the water, in fact no fish at all. Otherwise it was so peaceful and very relaxing »

« My husband and I had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We literally had everything we could possibly need! We wanted a little getaway from our kiddos and it was perfect. We were able to relax, take a long hot bath under the stars and cook a nice steak dinner! We will most definitely be back! »

« I don’t know where to start… if you want to unplug enjoy sounds of nature , say hi to very friendly animals, hike and explore some waterfalls, cool off at the beach area while enjoying the beauty around, meet an amazing ranch team pet some friendly dogs, learn about the property and how it became the blue ridge ranch, fish, and enjoy your own privacy then this is the place ! My little family enjoyed every moment ! We glamped! It was so much fun not only can you glamp but you can tent and rv!!...

« The bed was comfortable and the space was good. It could use some updating though. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. We would definitely stay again we would just need to keep in mind that we need to bring cleaning supplies. Like it wasn’t filthy or anything but we cooked out so we could’ve used a larger dish detergent and some sponges. »

« Great glamping experience! A nice location for exploring the surrounding forests, waterfalls and small towns. Much more private than tent camping in a campground. The Tipi is in a class all by itself. »
