"Excellent stay. Our trip was affected by Hurricane Isaias on Saturday, so we had to make some changes. Electricity went out briefly on Saturday but the hotel provided adequate assistance to get us through the weather.
Since we couldnt drive through the mountains nor hike during the storm, my son and I made good use of the Sports Complex which saved our weekend vacation. Lots of tennis, pickleball, and a racquetball courts which were all indoors.
Plenty of food options at the resort as well during and after the storm. We left on Monday (when the weather and skies finally cleared up) to enjoy the beautiful views from the sunset terrace. Self parking in the vanderbilt garage was extremely convenient to our room as there is a direct entrance into the hotel wing.
The Omni Grove resort helped us make lemonade out of lemons that were provided by the hurricane moving through the area during our weekend trip."
