"Pros: excellent location. Easy to reach from RDU, I-40, etc. Room is oversized with a separate wet bar from the bathroom sink. Fairly quiet despite airport proximity. Cons: floor was oddly and frighteningly uneven in places —and stained. Breakfast was meh at best, and I had to ask for non-sugared creamer for coffee. All cereals had sugar. Not enough places to hang towels in bathroom despite the fact you had to re-use them given 3 day interval of housekeeping (we did get a surprise cleaning on our first full day, so that was nice). Not much interaction with staff but they seemed adequately pleasant. If price was right I’d stay there again."

"This is a budget hotel in a good location for getting to Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. The hotel is dated but kept clean. Nothing fancy here but for travelers who don’t want to spend hundreds for a room it works. Staff are very nice and helpful."

"The room was clean, water in shower could have been hotter. I booked the room for 2 people but only one full set of towels were in the bathroom. We arrived around 1am. I had booked on Expedia several days before our arrival. I was confirmed for an accessible room. However the desk clerk gave me a room on 3rd floor until I showed him proof of my confirmed request. He then all of a sudden "had an accessible room" available. He was pleasant as we got things straightened out. The breakfast was ok. Would be nice to have eggs, hot oatmeal or grits added to the items avaliable. We have stayed here before and will do so again in the future."

"The hotel is run down, carpet is in bad condition. There was a cockroach ( at least one big one I saw) crawling on the hallway . Bathroom ceiling has water mark of leak from above rooms. It is nothing like the picture . It has no light at night to find the hotel. "

"The room was overall clean for what we needed it for however our toilet went out and wouldn’t flush on the last night. Breakfast was only from 5:30 until 9. The day time staff wasn’t the most friendly but overall for what we needed it was OK nothing more, nothing less. "
