« The only major thing that we didn't care for was the extremely late check in requirements or having to pay for early entry. 5pm is very late especially when check out is 11am. If you want to spend any real time in the residence you can't do so without staying for more than one day. So basically we paid to sleep there which can be done at a hotel but we wanted the homey feel. I would make a note on the listing as well that this is an old building and to expect to hear noises, neighbors etc....

« This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...
