« Tons of space and great location. Easy in and out with a lovely pool. Great value! Because the house is older, you can expect the old house smell. It was much better once ac cooled it down. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure was good. We had a great time on Durham. »

« this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed! »

« The condo complex is a rectangle with condos in two levels with an amazing center courtyard filled with plants, trees, seating-very inviting are to sit outside. Also a large belt pool( not open when we weee there). Drawbacks: small, but really plenty of room for a short stay. Some things were iffy, an old trash can that foot pedal was broken,limited cooking sobs, utensils, no containers or Saran or foil to wrap, contain items for fridge. Sink in bathroom would not drain normally, water sat for...
