« This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

« My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners. »

« Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. « This property needs to be removed from the list to be able to stay in. This property is a converted low income housing unit. Pretty much every piece of furniture in the house is falling apart. They are cockroaches everywhere The owner says that this is new to them. Absolutely a lie. They strategically have roach traps, hidden in places you wouldn’t think about looking. I am very disappointed about this stay and will definitely never ever stay there again. I feel like the property owner owes me...

« The stay was amazing place exceeded expectation. The 4 star is because I went home with very damp clothes. I wanted to do a load of laundry and come with clean clothes. Unfortunately the dryer had a bad belt and screeched. Iove this place and would recommend for stay but dont do laundry »

« We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in...
