"This property is very quaint and ideal for a single traveler or a couple. The back room of a restored turn of the century home in a quiet neighborhood. The space is compact but it has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, indoor washer/dryer, easy keypad entry and secluded yard access. "The toilet was not cleaned...I do believe truly an oversight but that was a bit yucky to have to do. I'd have liked to see some tupperware bowls, aluminum foil and or baggies for leftovers. Location was great!! Overall though I would recommend this to friends."

"I was in Raleigh to cover a couple of college football games and this place more than served my needs. It's a bit small, but with it just being me that was fine. The bed was comfortable, check-in was easy and any question I had Natalia answered quickly. The freeway was nearby so trips into downtown Raleigh were very easy. The only negative I have is that the parking lot got loud at night from people outside talking/yelling. But that is beyond Natalia's control. I would stay here again. "

"The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night."
