« This was the greatest stay from Simone at the front desk to Bill the manager and Noll (?) also at the front desk. The electrician who guided us to Netflix so we could watch a movie on our account was wonderful also. The room was immaculate and even included a bar of soap and moisturizer which seems to have disappeared these days giving way to secure bottles attached to the wall. The breakfast was surely better than most with spinach quiche, turkey sausage and turkey bacon. Lots of choices...

« Breakfast area was very small ,tight.Eat-in area was better .Food was average,but they did have coffee/tea available in the lobby round the clock. No instructions/menu or channel guide for TV, couldn't really watch anything. Was able to access wi-fi on phone but not i-pad ??? They had agreed to let me check in early,as I arrived on a red-eye flt from the west coast,but "their system was down " and could not. Ended up waiting couple of hours to check-in... »

« Maintenance needs improvement. Lights needed to be replaced in our room, the fan was not working and the stopper in the sink needed to be fixed. For what we paid, these items should have been done before we arrived. The cleaning staff should check all items in the room before leaving and making ready for the next customer. The hotel did move us to another room which we appreciated, but inconvenient as we had to pack all items up again after unloading. »

« We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until...
