« There were a few reasons why we were disappointed with our stay. First we didn’t like how the cabin was already unlocked with the key inside. A simple lockbox box with a code you can change for each guest has been our experience before with any other Vrbo or a keypad door. It helps you feel safer and someone could have already been there if they knew it’s kept unlocked. The bed was the cheapest bed I’ve ever slept on. I like quite a firm mattress and this was still way too hard it unfortunately...

« Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the...

« In this day and age when corporations/management companies buy up residences and manage them from afar, it's a breath of fresh air to have hosts who are right on site, offering real human interaction, that for me, helps make the stay a much more comfortable experience. « I loved the apartment and location. There were a few issues that I had to immediately contact the host. There was no bathroom tissue and there were wet towels still visible. Luckily there was a laundromat in the building so I was able to wash the towels. I use Vrbo locations all the time as I travel quite a bit. Although there were some issues with this particular apartment, I had a great visit with my family and friends. »
