I didn’t have a beach view once checked in even though I was informed I would have one.
The A/C was down the first night BUT thanks to MAINTENANCE before and after bringing me a fan! overall 7/10.

Our room was not very clean. Found a pill on the floor in the bedroom from former guest. Bathroom was not really clean and the floor needed more attention. Towels were under the bathroom cabinet instead of on the rack. One staff member in particular was quite rude, barking out information as I was trying to have a conversation with the desk attendant.
