Amazing view, rooms are as pictured, wonderful and professional staff. Anything you need, right on top of it. Made the trip easy. Felt safe staying here. Will def stay another time here. Beautiful!!

The hotel has become dated. Furnishings in lobby are nearly tattered. Stained. Upper hallways are nice. Bedroom was austere. No dust ruffle. Only sheets. Thin blanket. Had to call for towels. We had two bath towels two hand towels. One circle soap. One shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pods- 2. Never replaced. Vinyl floors not cleaned under the bed. Crumbs and fuzzies. TV only had Samsung Channels. Restaurant had 2 staff members. We had reservations but left to eat off the property. Pool was nice. Pool bar also understaffed. The pools were nice. Used Embassy Suite pools as well which were very well staffed and well maintained.
