"Over all it was a good convinced place for our stay. It was a shame though that after getting a fire alarm at 2am and having to go to the lobby the guests weren’t offered any compensation such as breakfast. I understand it was out of their control but it would’ve been a nice gesture. "

"Really great little spot. Used the free shuttle from the airport that really made it convenient and easy. Staff was absolutely lovely and kind, didn’t have any issues. Only problem was there no hand soap and the sheets felt kind of worn. Definitely a decent place to stay, in a great area, close to lots of dining and shops, short walk to the bus stops and trains"

"Not luxurious but everything we needed. Quiet, plenty of water pressure and extremely clean bathroom. Convenient to the Bill Reid Gallery. Starbucks was half a block."

"Great staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to Canada Place, Yaletown restaurants, and the Skytrain. "

"I was there for 2 concerts at the Rogers arena. Hotel is well situated and close to everything. I was travelling alone and had no concerns with safety. Construction noises can be a bit irritating but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Very close to Granville which is a very lively and busy street with every food option available. Sunset Beach is a few blocks away. I had hot water the entire stay. Beds weren’t the greatest but not the worst either. "

"The hotel's location is closed to Canada Place. The room (220)'s shower floor is slippery that I would suggest have a shower mat on the shower floor. There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."
