"Have stayed here before. This hotel is on the outskirts of Ottawa but is close to an O-line station which will take you downtown quickly. The hotel was redecorated within the last 5 years or so and the rooms are modern in shades of gray. The lack of any artwork in the rooms does make them feel rather sterile. The rooms are large enough for a couple of easy chairs or couch instead of the dining table and chairs provided. The bathroom has an open shower stall and the shower head is angled in such a way that water sprays on the floor and can not be adjusted. The floor of the stall can become slippery which could be a hazard for some. Maybe an anti-slip mat be supplied? They continue to supply individual soaps, shampoo, and body lotion which other places have stopped doing. House keeping is provided daily to empty the garbge, freshen the towels, and straighten the bed. Sheets are only change every 3 days unless specificately requested. (Who changes their bed linen every day?) Breakfast is provided and the selection is very good with hot items such as eggs, pancakes, sausages, and hash browns. My only 2 complaints are that my keycard had to be reprogramed almost every day. A couple of times it was my fault for having my phone in the same pocket as the card. The other was thatone night I found my door had been left open by the housekeeping staff who turn the door's deadbolt on to prevnt the door from closing completely while they are in the room. They forgot to turn it off."

"The location was great for our occasion, as it was very close to City Hall and the mall. Although the amenities are a bit dated, the room was well-maintained and very clean. The room was also very spacious, which we appreciated. However, the room was unusually hot on our first night despite having the AC on, and the hotel’s system didn’t seem to be working properly at the time. We also experienced issues with the parking payment system, as payments were not reflected in real time. Additionally, we were charged the deposit again after checking out, which was concerning. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and spacious room were great, but the cooling system and payment-related issues could use improvement."

"Very nice property. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool and sauna were nice. There were no lights on in the parking lot when we arrived after dark and the signage was lacking so was a little confusing driving in. Great access to the casino. Would stay there again"

"Clean rooms that are well-maintained, friendly staff, and central location. Perfect for conferences in the Rogers Centre, or business meetings downtown or near Parliament. Also close to many central sites as a tourist. Mattress was comfy and room well-insulated for sound. had a a great stay, and highly recommend!"
