« I loved this rental it was in the middle of everything and very convenient. It was very clean and modernly updated. I feel it could be a 5-star listing however the tenant above our head let their child run across the floor ALL DAY LONG. I complained once and it was corrected to only start the next day. The only other suggestion would be to provide a small amount of cleaning products in order for the tenants to clean. »

« I'm going to start off with some highlights. I really liked the location. You couldn't walk two blocks without finding a cute shop or some great food. The neighborhood felt very friendly. The unit was pretty small but used the space very well. Now for a couple negative details. The unit is within 20' of the train so there are trains passing every few minutes.
