Chic garden level close to trails, shops

[Currently available for the month of June, must be rented the entire month due to our rental license requiring stays of 30 days minimum.]

Unwind at this stunning chic garden-level apartment. The newly remodeled one bedroom was built with radiant floors, brand-new energy-efficient appliances, and soft natural lighting for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy mountain views from a walk through the neighborhood and a lush backyard. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the trails and views of Mount Sanitas. Hike the valley while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee.

Furnishings are different from the photos. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an IKEA pull-out sofa in the Living Room.
