This is a great comfortable apartment in a great historic part of town. Easily walkable to Chautauqua park with many great hiking trails or to downtown Boulder. Hostess was very friendly and personable. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
Stayed here for a guys weekend that mostly involved hiking and rafting. The house suited us perfectly. Location is ideal, with a short walk to Pearl Street. We had 6 guys and we all slept comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity.
It’s a lovely property and very well located in Boulder as well. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. TVs need serious updating and we had a snafoo with spa appointments , but otherwise had zero complaints!
Convenience in location Helpful staff Next to market
Great location! Would stay there again! Great breakfast! Would recommend
