« Bon hôtel bien situé à Brooklyn avec une chambre bien aménagée et une literie très confortable. Transports à proximité, 40min pour rejoindre Manhattan. Cependant nettoyage des chambres pas vraiment optimale (oublie des poubelles, aspirateur non passé régulièrement etc). Personnel agréable mais qui ne parle pas français donc il faut maitriser l'anglais sinon dans l'ensemble bon experience et bon hôtel que je recommande. »

« Where to begin. The host did not tell you how to lock the apt door upon leaving. When you called the number given, the person answering (NY based) did not know how. Upon trying a second time, the woman answering thankfully did know. The apt. smelled strongly of Mr. Clean and the smell never dissipated. "Super séjour à New York dans cet hôtel. La chambre était magnifique, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la skyline et la Statue de la Liberté. Décoration soignée, confort optimal, rien à redire. Nous y étions pour une occasion spéciale (nos anniversaires) et l’hôtel a eu de délicates attentions : un mot à l’arrivée puis une surprise avec un message manuscrit en revenant plus tard. Très appréciable. Service irréprochable : conciergerie, bagagistes, personnel en général, tous très professionnels et attentionnés. Mention spéciale pour le brunch : produits frais, très copieux et de grande qualité. Le bar et le restaurant le rooftop et la piscine sont également très agréables."

Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel

6/10 Acceptable

"Seul point positif est que l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier de Brooklyn très sympas, pour le reste on est très loin des standards d'un Sheraton. Roff top par pas en service, pareil pour la piscine, et le tout avec un déposit de 250 dollars. Le personnel est correct mais sans plus. Vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et encore moins de la réputation d'un Sheraton."

"Véhiculé, la localisation de l'hotel est décentrée par rapport au coeur de Flushing. Le prix du parking est très cher $40/24h contrairement à Sheraton la Guarda. Pas de proposition de petit déjeuner, café etc à volonté dans le lobby, mais machines en panne durant 2j !"
