"Fantastic for the $"

"My stay was fantastic! Friendly staff checked me in - cracked a few jokes and made me feel comfortable. They let Me Choose my room location, based on unoccupied suites — I was worried about noise due to proximity to I-25 but the rooms were VERY quiet! My room was very clean and smelled good. This hotel is right next to “View House” a great sports bar where I grabbed a beer.Next morning I had a wonderful breakfast as well — I will come back 100% next time I visit Denver - Dr B Baker"

"This Hyatt is well located near a lot of amenities. The breakfast were above average compared to a lot of other hotels, but still not what you would expect at a restaurant. Overall, no complaints and will stay there again."

"The hotel was clean, and breakfast was delicious - however, there was no where to sit and eat it. Both mornings of our stay, our entire family of 5 stood in the "dining area" holding our plates and ate standing up. People were sitting on the couches in the entry way eating. Both mornings they ran out of coffee and we had to wait for them to make more. We were down there 15-20 minutes after they started serving both days. The second day, after someone asked the front desk worker if there was somewhere there small children could sit, the worker opened their meeting room for people to sit in and eat. The hotel was very busy and all 3 days, we would have to wait 2-3 rounds of full elevator loads to get on the elevator."

"Was disappointed with the staff friendliness and support. The airport shuttle driver was rude and turned us away at morning pick up despite our planning the night before with the desk staff who was also fairly dismissive of our needs. All more disappointing given I was traveling with a seven year old. "

"The Front desk called room at 10:15 to say my credit card didn't run, for their $15 deposit, the room was booked thru Expedia. Ice machine on 3 was out of service, oh but there's one on 5. Didn't bother to say anything at check-in. It might be handy to put a sign on the machine ... or FIX IT!! One-ply sandpaper in the bathroom?? No hand soap?? What, $1 extra per day?? Pathetic, on a $160/night hotel room!! Find more English speaking staff!! Brand new hotel, good luck!"
