« The hotel had just opened 3 days earlier, so it was immaculate. You could still smell a hint of fresh paint. The staff was very new and were not yet familiar with the hotel policies and food options in the area. Hopefully this will improve after they have been fully trained. « Great breakfast & very helpful staff. Cheap parking fee $3 a day. Room was clean but musky or a dog was in the room. However, room was sprayed with cinnamon oil spray both days . When we arrived they changed our room from 3rd floor to the 1st floor since I had oxygen supplies. We had a no cancel from Expedia for 3 days. Hotel couldn't refund 1 day. Hotel said to call Expedia and Expedia called the hotel. Hotel approved the refund so Expedia did. Mind you they all could have said NO but...

« This is the best hotel for the price and amenities i have ever stayed in. My family has stayed at this location for over 30 nights in the last few years. It is directly across from UC Health Anschutz and Children's. I would guess >80 % of guests are there due to medical needs for family. It is a perfect place to set up base. the staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are perfect with a sleeper sofa and large beds, the medical assist rooms with shower seats and rails are critical...
