You will love staying at this cute and private 1BR basement home, designed to convenience, and comfort, with a private yard, the perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring or work!  
The space  
You will love this beautifully remodeled and newly furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath garden- level apartment! You are located close to great restaurants, cafes, and shopping as well as sporting facilities. Enjoy the recently refreshed kitchenette which is appointed with stainless steel appliances. It is important to note that there is no stove, only a convection mini oven.  
  
This home also features:  
\- Quiet street, family friendly neighborhood near parks and reserves, short walk to bus transport  
\- Complete privacy from the upstairs unit, you have your own entrance from the back of the house and the top unit does not have access to the bottom unit (the door has been locked off for privacy).  
  
Garden Level Unit Layout:

\- Kitchenette area  
\- Stacked washer/dryer closet in the kitchen  
\- 1 single bedroom (Queen size bed)
