Your stay includes our extra plush king size bed, ensuite bathroom, fireplace, flat screen TVs, & private access to The Cedar Spa Room. We provide you with a free aromatherapy packet for your hot tub experience in the Cedar Spa Room. We offer plush robes for your use to get back and forth to the spa room.

You have your private driveway for off street parking. Enter your private apartment through your covered porch. Across the patio is The Cedar Spa Room for your private use. Dim the lights, and soak in romantic luxury under the Spa Room Skylight. Comfortable pillow top bed, spacious den area with couch, recliner and TV all private for your comfort. Kitchenette with all necessary appliances like microwave, fridge, toaster oven, electric skillet, and blender. All private space connected to your king bedroom and private bath. Movie theaters close by and you are 20 minutes from Downtown Denver nightlife.

We are a 4.2 mile drive to the Cherry Creek Reservoir recreation area, Highline Canal giving you access to over 70 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a beautiful walking trail to Denver's expansive Eisenhower Park with picnic areas, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, community swimming pool, running trails, and beautiful green space with benches, and beautiful gardens.  
  
NOTES ON YOUR SPACE AT THE BLUE BEAR DEN:  
Your bedroom has a closet for your clothes, chest of drawers, and flat screen TV. We provide you with an ironing board, hair dryer in the bathroom, shampoo, bath wash, conditioner, and plenty of towels. In the kitchen dishes/ utensils for 2 people. You have a Keurig coffee maker, welcome snacks, bottled water upon check-in. We offer a cozy den with great lighting, fireplace, large couch, kept nice and cool so you are never hot in any rooms in the Summer and toasty in the Winter. Large full size fridge with ice maker. We provide plenty of supplies, tissue, kleenex, paper towels, and bath amenities .  
  
After hours take the light rail downtown to enjoy night life, avoid parking fees, or worries about driving late nights. A $5 to $6 dollar ride on Uber/ Lyft to the rail stations for late night outings if you don't want to walk. Great lighting for coming and going on the side of the house where you park. Ample back patio lighting so you can always see to safely enter the apartment.  
  
The Blue Bear Romantic Getaway Private Apartment has a covered porch entrance with a covered bench. You have access to a nice patio with bar-bbq grill, table and chairs on the patio with 9 foot umbrella covered table and chairs so you can enjoy cool nights sitting outside. Plenty of room to store your bike on patio, canoe, kayak, or skis if you bring your own to use in the mountains, rivers, reservoirs, or other recreation activities around the city.  
  
We offer a quiet street and safe area for your comfort and pleasure. A great apartment Long term stays welcome . Ask about our discount for extended stay. Great corporate apartment. Within an hour of booking I received a call from Lee regarding booking. We went over the property and amenities. A day before our trip we received another call regarding check in. The day of our trip I received text messages from Jackie regarding check in and amenities. They were both communicated very well. We celebrated my birthday and the birth of my husband’s Grandson. I received a homemade cake which was incredibly delicious. The property was clean, well labeled, and a perfect home away from home. The hot tub was incredible and relaxing. Thank You both Jackie and Lee for the warm and relaxing welcome to Colorado!

WOW! These hosts think of everything! This property is incredible. The hot tub is well maintained and has lots of railing. There were snacks (including a birthday cake), champagne, drinks, and a ton of other amazing amenities. The location was perfect, and the hosts communicate and respond. Super comfy beds. This was hands down our favorite Denver stay. Thank you so much, Lee and Jackie!

We had so much fun at this property. Lee & Jackie were amazing and provided us with many goodies, treats, and surprises (including a delicious birthday cake). Property was very clean and well organized. All requests were taken care of quickly. Cedar Spa Room was exactly what we needed to decompress. We will definitely be back.

#### The most wonderful honeymoon!

This property was just lovely! My new husband and I stayed for our honeymoon and we were just stunned! The property was decorated with cute decor for us and the owners left goodies and treats, flowers and wine, outstanding! The upkeep was perfect, and the spa room was wonderful. If it is your honeymoon, you MUST stay here! Communication was amazing. A++ highly recommend!

Lee and Jackie are very thoughtful hosts and communicators. The property was clean and everything worked well. I appreciated the attention to detail. The owners do live upstairs and there can be a bit of footfall noise occasionally, so if you are a light sleeper you maybe want to bring a sound machine (I did so no problem).

#### Perfect location for all things Denver!

THE BEST COMMUNICATION from any host I’ve ever had!!! We celebrated my 50th birthday this past weekend here and it was wonderful! We walked in to a dozen roses, champagne, birthday decorations and an absolutely yummy cake!! The beds are comfy and the house is clean and organized! The new spa room was exactly what we needed after our travel. Lee and Jackie are the best kind of hosts! We’d give them 10 stars if we could!!

When we go back to Denver we will definitely stay here. Property managers were responsive and gave us little goodies that were so thoughtful. The house is fantastic. Due to schedule we only had one night in the hot tub but it is well kept. We used Uber and it was easy getting to all of our locations we had planned.

#### Super cozy and quaint property!

This property is truly beyond cozy! The owners provided absolutely everything that we needed. We were spoiled with the best homemade cookies ever upon our arrival ( Thank you!!!!). We were able to enjoy a beautiful walk just 20 minutes from the light rail and explore downtown( public transportation is super easy here)! There were plenty of places to dine in within walking distance. The outdoor patio was very peaceful and the fire places in the home brought us that relaxing “fall” feel that we craved. Alert: The bed is so incredibly comfy you won’t want to get out and will sleep like a baby( we over slept day 1 haha). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
