« We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view. Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!! »

« The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again! »

« This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon. »

« Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊 »

« Overall this was a perfect spot. Kavi was very responsive with questions. Bed(s) were comfortable and sheets were clean. Other than the front door sticking because of age, I would stay here again. »

« Great location. Short drive to my favorite restaurants and Church. Place was very up to date and clean. Unit had all that you could need for comfort and beach enjoyment. Property manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will be considering this place when ever we are looking to stay in Jacksonville! »

« Beautifully decorated, comfortable condo right on the beach. Angella was so helpful and responsive. All our questions were answered quickly - she even came by with beach chairs for us. We had a wonderful time! »

« Nice stay. Property is old and in need of some upgrades, but good size and very comfortable. Ample parking (a big plus). Fairly close to everything. »

« We really enjoyed our walks on the beach. The amenities in the kitchen made cooking for the family an easy task. Excellent restaurants are close by if you like to dine out! And our hosts were very responsive for gyrations and assistance. I’d come back again! »
