"Arrived at the property and greeted with a staff member to help me park the car. Very quick check in and in the room within 10 minutes. The room was really spacious, had a dressing room, large bathroom and large lounge bedroom. All the facilities including a steamer, toiletries, hair dryer, tea and coffee, very nice. Tram stop outside and supermarket next door. The staff were amazing, every request done with a smile, do they go the extra mile? Yes they certainly do. Breakfast was the best, certainly value for money, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs were very nice, only slight criticism, could have done with some Heinz baked beans, it’s a UK thing!!! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel 100% and certainly value for money."

"We had a very good stay in Florence. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our experience. There are a few areas that could use a little more attention. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn, with noticeable marks and damage on some of the walls, and the elevator was occasionally problematic. These were relatively minor issues, though, and didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. A very good option for a stay in Florence, and we would happily recommend it!"

"I loved the hotel decor! And the hotel staff were great! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Super helpful and knowlegeable staff. The room was a bit small but cozy, clean and a very comfy bed. There is minimal area to store/hang clothing. There was a mini safe in the room. The bar fridge included water and cream for coffee/tea which was provided at no additioal charge. The patio area is quite lovely with a variety of sitting areas, umbrellas and misters. The restaurant staff was great but the food is very pricey and not fabulous. This hotel is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmacias. It was about a $15 EU cab fare from the Florence Santa Maria Novella train station to the hotel."
