Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Our room was perfect and we really loved the large bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good and the service there was very good as well. The front desk staff are excellen;, very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the Camolllia Gate into the old town. Great staff and top tip to park at the train station for 2 euros per 24hrs if there is no room in their small car park. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. It was close to a 1 kilometer walk to the real busy part of the city, but we preferred being in a much quieter part of town closer to the train station and enjoy the walking. Escalators to the train station were only a couple hundred meters away. Breakfast was great, with many options. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen.
