The front desk staff are excellen;, very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the Camolllia Gate into the old town. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. Great staff and top tip to park at the train station for 2 euros per 24hrs if there is no room in their small car park. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful.
