"My experience here was above and beyond. More than all else, the staff here deserves an award. Everyone was friendly--not in a sugary, obsequious way that makes me uncomfortable--but in the easy, breezy way of Californians that helps me feel seen as a human and not just a customer. I had a lovely conversation with Rich, the manager, and was struck by the everyday kindness of even exchanging pleasantries. It all brought a homey touch to the resort. I loved my room and roaming the beautiful property--particularly, all the intentionally designed quiet places to think. Not to mention, feeding the emus and goats. For me, this impromptu solo trip was very soul healing and I believe that this was in big part because of this place. So, thank you, Allegretto. "

"The property is in pristine condition. A grassy area with a bbq if you feel like cooking. The pool is beautiful and inviting. I love it here. Oh and most importantly, the bed and pillows are absolutely amazing. "

The staff is wonderful, the vibe of the property is serene and welcoming, and it's obvious there is a lot of love and history here.
