The Front Desk provides "complementary water bottles, upon request, and constantly offered by the staff. It also includes local and long distance phone usage (don't most guests use their own cell phones?), a fee cocktail from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., High Speed Wi-Fi (with no in room instructions on to connect), "complimentary" rental of Darcy Hotel bicycles, in-room coffee and tea, and 24 access to a fitness center. Guests are charged $35.00 per day for the Amenities Package. There should be a key card access recording if most of the items included are used. The audacity of charging for 'Complimentary" items is ludicrous on it's face! Hotel practices of charging for Spa or Resort fees that include complimentary or seldom used items needs to stop."
