« There are definitely some house issues that l see from other reviews that were still present during our stay. Not sure if they were communicated to Jennifer directly or just left in the review, but l addressed them in an email to her and she was very responsive so l hope they will be corrected for future renters. But these were just minor irritations compared to how wonderful this house was for our group. The location was great. Granted you would not walk to the slopes with all of your gear, etc...

« This home has been beautifully renovated. It is so charming. It was a great location for me as I visited my mother who lives off of Rivermont Ave. The bed was so comfortable, I could have slept forever. I so appreciated the snacks in the kitchen. I had a very long day on my check-in day, so they ended up being my dinner. I had everything I needed, including coffee with creamer and sugar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. »

« It’s an old neighborhood but don’t let that deter you. Revitalization efforts are apparent. House & yard are well kept & clean, back sitting area, fire ring & dog bowls were a wonderful touch. The neighbors on both sides are nice too. They stay to theirselves but will talk to you if you talk to them. There is/was also deer in the neighborhood which was surprising given it’s so close to the city. One was in the backyard this morning! Not sure who was more startled, it or me! « We traveled here with 6 adults and 3 children and had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful location and close enough to get to stores and restaurants. It’s incredibly clean, well-appointed and perfect for big groups. The owners are very friendly. We enjoyed exploring outside and playing games with the kids. There are also lots of hiking options nearby. We were there for a wedding but we would definitely come back! »

« We had a great stay. We visited Lynchburg to attend a college graduation at Randolph College which is about 3 minutes away from the home. The house was clean, welcoming, and the communication with owner was great. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The home is on a very quiet street which was nice. We highly recommend it for your stay in Lynchburg. »
