The pool was closed when we arrived for maintenance 😠 the 2 girls at the front desk were more than helpful and kind. They found another hotel that would let us use there pool. It was inconvenient but helped. The staff 2 girls at the front desk were some of the best I even seen "

"We stayed here for 3 days to attend a family reunion in Buchanan, VA. The hotel has so much history and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast in the dining room one morning. The hotel is old but everything is in good working order. The only reason I gave a cleanliness score of 4 is I feel the elevator could use a good cleaning and spruce up. We enjoyed Natural Bridge State Park that is just across the street while we were there, also. I highly recommend a stay here."
