« Convenient location, friendly staff »

« Stayed at this hotel for the first time during LU check-in. It was extremely close to liberty, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and while the bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side, I was grateful the sink was outside of the shower/toilet area. My only “complaint“ was that when our new towels were replenished we didn’t get any washcloths and I had to go searching. But that was not the fault of the hotel. « Property was an old building that had been refurbished but still had items that weren't upgraded. Such as the old fiberglass shower stall. Room smelled old. Pillows were flat. Was just ok. »

« Room was not worth the money. Killed a roach in my room and the air conditioner made nose all night. I think it needs to be serviced. »

« I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...
