Also, the house was well stocked and lacked nothing. Forgot to pack bandaids but there were some in the bathroom when my 91 year old mom cut herself. The house was clean and well organized. Communication with the owner was easy - he even warned us that a large bear had been spotted outside on the walkway one night! It had a funky smell upon entering, most likely due to moisture and several outlets were not working. Access to the property was very difficult for my mother with mobility issues since it went down wooden stairs that were slippery after the rain.
