"Decent place to crash. Staff was very friendly and the place is very clean. Huge lobby. Easy walk to restaurants and local shops and restaurants. Downtown area is a little under served but has some decent spots. Friendliness of the staff was the best. "

"Sonya was great! She is professional and helpful. We had a mix up with reservations and Travelocity wouldn’t help us but Sonya did her best to help out going way above and beyond. Thank you! Also, the room was very clean and for the first time since Covid, towels were replaced and the bed was made. Better experience than in some 4 star hotels. Thank you very much!!"

"Very clean rooms nice staff "

"Front desk Julie was excellent. After going to our room discovered bathroom shower was not cleaned . Took pictures of black all around shower. Went and reported Julie very kind and contacted a maintenance person who agreed to go clean it. Have found same issue in several places since Covid. Seems to be issue with lack of staff and attention to detail. Julie did give us discount for inconvenience. Maybe more training and compensation to people willing to do a good job. Julie was very kind and your lucky to have her as representative of chain."
