"During my stay@ Takayama Green hotel, I had forgotten to take my handbag with me when I stepped out of their executive club room. My handbag contained my son's and my passports & wallet. To my relief, the hotel front desk contacted me immediately when their staff found my handbag. Everything in my handbag was left untouched. "

"This was a wonderful experience. We were asked to check in between 2pm-5pm. We were glad to have made it around 3. From the entrance outside, the lobby, and the rooms it was a beautiful ryokan. "This Ryokan was amazing! It was doable on the trains though it i out of the way of major cities but that is the point. Very relaxing and the osen was amazing. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a traditional experience. Also the food was fantastic!! "
