"Debra is amazing with communication! We had to check in 2 days earlier than originally planned and she made it happen very easily! The waterfall is beautiful and the sound is so soothing! The condo was comfortable and we slept great on the beds. We saw a bear close by and it’s very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg of the national park! "

"Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable.The view of Smokey mountains were amazing from our room. We saw a bear with 2 cubs in the hotel parking lot. "
