« Gym is good, has a cable machine, free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Breakfast was top tier for a free included meal. Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. « The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. Other than that, had a great stay. »

« The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell. I did go back to the front desk to request for the maid to clean our room the areas that where not cleaned out from what I believe was from them rushing to be out so we can check in. I waited about 45mins and no maid came. I took...

« The staff at this hotel were the friendliest and most helpful staff members I have encountered in Pigeon Forge. Every person that I spoke with was so helpful, but also so kind. Everyone seemed happy and always cheerful. I really appreciated all of the thoughtfulness that was put into the design of this hotel. My daughter and I always do a quick getaway to Pigeon Forge before school starts. We usually bounce around and try different hotels, I think we will come to back to Margaritaville Lodge...
