"I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. "Awesome to have the option of the outdoor pool/hot tub or indoor! Breakfast area could be a bit bigger, but food was good and hot. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Ten minutes to Dollywood with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Very happy with our choice to stay here!"

"The hotel was awesome! While not new, the room was updated and very clean. Two sinks are available, one inside the bathroom and the other just outside the bathroom. The only drawback would be for families with young children; the bathtub had been replaced with a walk-in shower, which was ideal for seniors. The private balcony overlooking the river was relaxing. The area for the Continental breakfast is not large, but the buffet offers a good selection and was well maintained. Located on S River Road, the hotel sits a block off the parkway so it's very quiet, but still handy to all the attractions. I would definitely stay there again!"
