"First floor room with ramp to the parking lot made it easy to transfer luggage, plenty of space in the room with a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the water. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and parking were included. Everyone found something to eat, including a waffle with a bear image. Pool was well maintained. On a quiet street 3.3 miles from Dollywood. Pet friendly, but we didn't bring our dogs. What a gem! "
