"I needed a hotel room in New Brunswick because my husband had open heart at RWJ and I needed a place for 10 days where I could just eat and shower. The bed was so comfortable but I was often in tears and Ruby at the front desk was just incredible. She helped me with parking and even left me a little fruit tray in my room with the sweetest note. I was heartbroken and exhausted every day and the Hyatt kept me going when I was running on fumes. Hyatt was human at a time when I needed a small comfort away from home. I will never forget their kindness and I will never forget Ruby. My heart will always be with Hyatt....<3 "

"The room we were given had adjoining doors on both sides. The sound from both adjacent rooms travelled easily through these doors. It is a big hotel and I am not sure why they would put guests in rooms right beside each other if they had the space not to do so."

"Staff is very nice, hotel is large and well appointed, located close to restaurants, entertainment. Rooms are large and well equipped. Multiple elevators so quick to move around hotel, on site bar/restaurant is convenient too. Valet staff very friendly and helpful and organized. We have stayed here multiple times now"
