We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! « Peaceful quiet relaxation. The stream in front of the property was great. We spent a lot of time decompressing from everyday life. House is as described and is much bigger than the pictures. « The cabin had all the amenities needed and so many extras! Books galore, games, puzzles, hidden activities, and even a foosball table! There was a log for the fire pit so we were able to have a beautiful fire on the 4th of July. The peacefully serene lakeside setting made morning coffee time a time to relax my whole nervous system. We saw baby deer and heard the songs of the birds and frogs. It really was magical! »

« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« I decided to do a last minute booking at this property and I could not be more pleased. The house was super clean and inviting. I’m picky with cleanliness and it was spotless. Loved sitting on the screened porch watching nature and the pool time was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar at the outdoor pool which was a lot of fun.
