« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn. »

« The cottage was just as shown in the photos. The interior had the "rustic" feel we wanted, with modern amenities we also wanted. There were just two of us, but it is also perfect for a family. A very friendly, beautiful doe met us at our car as we left to visit Bushkill Falls (highly recommended!) and had no fear of us. The back of the property had a large pond, so we had a beautiful view while sitting on the deck. »

« A very welcoming cottage! When we walked in, there was a welcome sign with our name in addition to snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with both water and creamers for coffee, and there was coffee and tea, both available, which matters a lot to us! The accommodations were very bright and modern and clean. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning. and we were grateful for the distraction of games for the younger ones. Would definitely stay here again. »
