first night i was given a smoking room with 1 bed for me, my wife and 2 kids of 16 and 14 years old instead of the 2 beds room I had booked, the room smelled like someone was still smoking there, next day by noon they changed room to a 2 beds room I only stayed until Saturday 07/04. At the beginning they did not want to reimbursed me the first night but when I did the check out on Saturday they refund

I think adding another pool would be better, such a big hotel everyone wants to get inside the pool but your shoulder to shoulder without space and can’t swim. Night life could use some more clubs with a variety of music for all ages 21-60. Also maybe other entertainment like stand up comedy, karaoke or something etc, I love the fact that it is pet friendly. Another issue is the off loading passengers you need more people outside to help to avoid the traffic during check-in time it’s literally chaos in-front entrance.
